When we tried to enter the Madden 21 Individual Challenge, we received an error message stating that the server is currently unable to process our request, and then try again later. Then it kicked me out of the final and returned to the main menu of Madden 21.

1. The server cannot process your request
If you receive the error message "The server cannot process your request", please try the following to fix it:
If a designated NFL player faces a specific challenge, please check your lineup and remove the player from the lineup. I have seen this happen to some final legends.
If that doesn't work, go to your roster and use the lineup tool to change it to the best TEAM OVR. Then go to the "Team Visual Effects" tab and change the jersey/uniform to the standard team uniform. try again. If it still fails, try changing the script and instructions.
This does not mean you have to play like this in the future. After the challenge is over, please try to return your item. Over time, certain project variants seem to merge together, and lineup fixes will help refresh the data.

2. Unplug the modem
Unplug the modem, router, and console. After 2 minutes, plug in the modem and router. Get them back online completely. Then plug in the console and start it.

3. Clear your XBOX Alternate MAC Address.
The solution that fixed the infinite loading screen for me was to clear your alternate MAC address. Go to Settings>Network>Advanced Network Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear>Restart, doing so will automatically restart the console for you. Then, we loaded it back and finally loaded the challenge that had not been packaged for three days!
